One Response to “Get the Tails on the Trails Fundraising Hike:”
We had 71 hikers Saturday! All abilities participated in one of our four hikes originating in the Lost Dutchman State Park and into the Tonto! We had a wheelchair accessible hike enjoyed by 7 of our guests. Prizes and sponsorship provided by: Superstition Harley Davidson, Goldfield Ghost Town (the mayor and the merchants), Costco, Walmart, Sportsman’s Warehouse, VCA specialty animal hospital, Cruise and Travel Specialists, Olive Garden, Best Western, the Sea Life Aquarium, and Francisco Grande Golf Resort. Hikers and their pups enjoyed a wonderful camp side meal served by Classic Cuisine and the music by Saggio Healing Arts and his wonderful native American instruments. Hikers participated in Doga with Beth Lewis (yoga stretch for human and their dog) and Reike with Joan Marlow. It was an incredible day and we could not have pulled it off with out the help of the Friends of the Lost Dutchman State Park, Mitzi, Tom, and the wonderful Georgy! Thank you from Panacea Wellness Village and the volunteer team who put Get the Tails on the Trails together, you know who you are!
